1. Returns

At Gracieuse Paris, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.

However, due to the nature of our products:

Lingerie and nightwear items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a defective or damaged item.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Your order number

5. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us.
